Payment Processing

We handle payments, invoicing, sales tax, and billing support for all orders.

All refund requests are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with PriceForge. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may also be considered beyond this period for exceptional circumstances, which could include:

  • Service issues or outages that significantly impacted your usage
  • Features not working as described
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Reply to your receipt or invoice email that you received at the time of purchase.
  • Email us at [email protected] and we will assist you with the refund process.

Please include your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time remaining in your billing cycle. After your paid subscription ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier, which remains available at no cost.

No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Upon receiving a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You may re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time.
